SOYA BEANS (Glycine SPP)
The soybean or soya bean is a species of legume native to East Asia, widely grown for its edible bean. It’s high in protein and a popular plant-based meat and dairy alternative, soya is the world's most widely cultivated legume. Traditional unfermented food uses of soybeans include soy milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made.

NIGER SEEDS (Guizotia abyssinica)
Niger seeds are rich in calcium, magnesium, proteins and several trace minerals, oil and soluble sugars. Niger seeds are used as bird feed worldwide. Niger seed originated in Ethiopia but are now grown widely in India and Nepal and on a smaller scale in parts of montane, eastern and southern Africa, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan and the West Indies.
